Parent and Me

Ages 18 months to 3 years

⭐ Parent & Child Intro to Tumbling
Our Tiny Tots class is a fun-filled, interactive experience designed for toddlers (18 months – 3 years) and their parents. This class focuses on developing motor skills, coordination, and confidence through playful activities, obstacle courses, and beginner tumbling movements. Parents assist their little ones as they explore movement in a structured but fun environment.

Preschool Classes

Ages 3 - 5 years


⭐ Introduction to Tumbling Fundamentals
This beginner class is perfect for our younger athletes! Designed for ages 
3 to 5, Preschool Tumblers introduces basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands in a fun and engaging way. Our instructors use games, obstacle courses, and hands-on spotting to build coordination, balance, and confidence.

Beginner Tumbling

Ages 5 and up


⭐ Building a Strong Foundation
Our Beginner Tumbling class is perfect for athletes new to tumbling or those looking to master the basics. This class focuses on core tumbling skills, proper technique, and strength-building exercises to set a solid foundation for future skills.

Intermediate Tumbling

Ages 5 and up


⭐ Progressing to More Advanced Skills
For athletes who have mastered basic tumbling, this class focuses on connecting skills and developing higher-level tumbling passes. Athletes will work on front and back walkover tumble passes, standing back handsprings, and round-off back handsprings with hands-on spotting and progression drills.

✅ Prerequisites: Strong cartwheel, round-off, and back walkovers

Every Friday 7pm-8pm all ages welcome


Self Paced Skill Building
Open Gym is the perfect opportunity for athletes of all levels to work on skills at their own pace. Whether you're a tumbler, cheerleader, parkour enthusiast, ninja warrior, or just looking to stay active, this flexible training time is for you! Athletes can use the space and equipment to practice, explore new movements, and grow in a safe, supportive environment—no structured instruction, just self-driven progress.
